How to verify a card:
• Take a photo of your card against the background of our website (the photo must not have glare, be cropped, or edited).
• The photo must show the card number and the cardholder's full name. You can cover up any other information.
• Next, upload the photo by clicking the (Add card photo) button.

How to verify a virtual card:
Upload a photo of your virtual card in the mobile app against the background of your identification document and a piece of paper with the following inscription:
- BITWISE exchange
- Date and time
The photo must show the card number, last name, first name, and inscription.

Additional verification method:
If you cannot take a photo with our website in the background, you must take a photo of your card against a sheet of paper that says:
- BITWISE exchange
- Application number
- Date and time

Please also note that all incoming and outgoing cryptocurrency payments undergo AML checks to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. If a transaction is deemed high-risk, the exchange may be suspended.
