I asked in the chat before buying bitcoin what documents are required from me, they told me that i don't need to provide any addicional documents. After the company coinnum received my money on friday 06/08/2021, they asked me to provide the source of funds. I immediately provided the documents, after which they began to request other documents, because these did not fit, very strange becouse the document was ok. I sent bank statements, which again did not fit and they began to come up with new conditions so that i would provide a statement of credit funds, some of which i spent on investing in bitcoin. The company delays in answering, they answer for hours, they do not answer my questions, they do not help in any way and continue to ask me addicional documents. I bought bitcoins at the price of $39.000 Now the price is $45.500 I lost a lot of money because of this and they still require something and doesn't answer me for hours. I want to receive my bitcoins immediately or refund my money. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they are liers and asking you to send money and then putting on trouble with documents and asking for a commission for returning your money !

При обмене был заявлен один курс, фактически обмен прошел по другому курсу, значительно ниже.
Обращение в поддержку результата не дали. Обмен в убыток( не рекомендую!
